About the project
This property was originally bought by Trish as an investment to sell. However, after the works were completed she decided to stay and sell her existing home.
Work we carried out
We were brought in as soon as the property was bought to advise on possible layouts and features to maximise the plot as a whole and not just the existing footprint.
Drawings and designs were organised to extend the property by adding a small extension. We completely reorganised and renovated the internal layout as well as the front and back aspects of the property.
The full works included a new wet room, garage conversion, small extension, full roof strip and recover, electrical rewire, new central heating system and all associated works and finishes including floor finishes and decoration
