Work we carried out
Musgrave organised all aspects of this build from start to finish, initial drawings, planning applications, building regs approval etc. We worked closely with the client to offer our professional experience in order to meet their specific requirements.
The client also made several changes to the design as the project went on which we were able to adapt to. On this rare occasion, the client actually moved out of the property whilst the works were undertaken, although this allowed us to undertake the works in a quicker manner it also meant that getting the client back into the property by the agreed date was a top priority.
