Hadleys had looked at several properties which Musgrave also surveyed highlighting any issues on before committing to Newcastle City Centre.
Work we carried out
The property itself was based over 2 floors. Hadleys required both the 1st and ground floor to be renovated initially. This required everything from planning to competition. Initial planning applications for signage, production of drawings for building regulations and everything else thereafter. The entire premises were supplied with new electrics and plumbing suitable to the business needs. We also installed air conditioning and new sound systems along with all the finishing touches.
Working closely with the owners and their nominated suppliers enabled us to reach the high end finish they required.
