The business had looked at several properties which Musgrave also surveyed highlighting any issues, the property on Saville Row was settled upon.
Work we carried out
The properties itself was based over floors with the business requiring the 1st and ground floor to be renovated initially.
This required everything from initial planning applications for signage, production of drawings for building regulations and all the works their after. The whole premises were supplied with new electrics and plumbing suitable to the business needs, along with new finishes, air conditioning and sound systems.
We worked closely with the owners and their nominated suppliers to reach the high end finish they required.
